At this time, Pretty Girlz Hair ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Pretty Girlz Hair ships internationally. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. U.S. orders are shipped and processed (not delivered) via USPS within 4-7 business days. International orders are shipped and processed (not delivered) via USPS or DHL within 6-10 business days. All orders are shipped to the billing address provided to avoid credit card fraud. This is subject to change during holidays and if a product is out of stock. Customized orders can take up to 20 business days to be processed and shipped. Pretty Girlz Hair WILL NOT be responsible for shipment damages, lost and/or stolen items or delays due to weather or delivery carrier/person. 

International Policy

International customers are required to have the same shipping and billing address when making an order. If not, they have to confirm via email that they indeed made the purchase and verify their identity. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Return Policy

Pretty Girlz Hair reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We at Pretty Girlz Hair strive to ensure that our customers receive a high quality product. If we fail to uphold that standard there are ways we will try to fix it for you. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Customers are allowed to make an exchange. The product must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date given by the postal service carrier to receive the refund. The hair bundles must be in their original condition and packaging that it was shipped out in. The hair cannot be damaged, combed, brushed, washed, or altered in any way, shape, or form; also the original ties must still be intact and not tampered with.
